At Wildthings Collectables, we want you to be completely in love with your new pieces; if you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the jewelry in its original Wildthings branded box and pouch to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal point or courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
